Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Zero Footmark, we aim to provide clarity and simplicity in our order cancellation and exchange process for online shoe shopping.
Cancellation
Applies only to products purchased from Zero Footmark’s official online store.
Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment.
To cancel, email ccare@vkcgroup.com with your order details.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Once the product is received, only size exchange or product exchange (limited to two times per order) can be requested, as per our Exchange Policy.
Refund
No refunds are issued under any circumstances once an order is shipped.
Refunds do not apply to any product exchanges or cancellations after dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for footwear orders.
For damaged or defective shoes, exchanges will be processed after a product audit.
