Yes. A return is required to avail Zero Footmarks discounts and offers.
No. Cleaning is not necessary. However, extremely soiled, wet, or unhygienic footwear may be rejected for safety reasons.

Currently, one old pair can be returned for every new pair purchased.

Yes. Zero Footmarks is available online across India and offline in selected VKC stores.
Online (Pan-India):
If VKC delivers to your pin code, you can return your old footwear during delivery.
Offline (Selected Stores): You can return your old footwear at participating VKC collection points in Kerala, including multiple stores in Trivandrum and Calicut, as well as locations in Puducherry. More stores are being added as the program expands, and you can always check the Store Locator on our website for the latest list of participating outlets.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable
