Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for any footwear orders.
We are not responsible for unauthorized transactions or third-party payment issues.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 2-4 business days delivery.
Other locations: 4-7 business days delivery.
Orders received before noon on business days ship the same day; orders received after noon or on holidays ship the next business day.
Please note, logistics partners make three delivery attempts before returning the product to us.
Exchanges
Our footwear orders are covered by an exchange-only policy.
- No returns or refunds will be processed.
- Customers can request a size exchange or product exchange only, limited to two times per order.
- Products from Clearance Sale, End of Season Sale, at Discounted Price, or given free under promotions are not eligible for any kind of exchange.
- Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery through our website.
- A handling charge of ₹50 applies to each exchange order, unless the item is defective due to a manufacturing error.
