RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Zero Footmark, we offer a simple and transparent exchange policy for footwear purchased online.

General Terms

Applies only to products purchased from the official Zero Footmark website.

No returns are possible under any circumstances.

Customers can opt for a size exchange or product exchange only, limited to two times per order.

Products purchased on Clearance Sale, End of Season Sale, or at Discounted Prices, as well as products given free as part of any promotion, are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery through our website.

Do not ship any products for exchange without prior authorization - unauthorized shipments may not be processed.

Please do not accept delivery if the packaging appears damaged.

A handling charge of ₹50 applies to every exchange order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for any order.


Exchange Process

For size issues or product exchange, email ccare@vkcgroup.com with order details and product photos.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Our logistics team will arrange a reverse pickup for the exchange.

All products undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event of a defect or size mismatch, we will process the exchange as per policy.

Exchanges are limited to a maximum of two times per purchased item.


Refund

No refunds will be issued for any orders.
