SHIPPING POLICY

Expedited Shipping

Orders are shipped in expedited mode using the fastest option offered by our trusted logistics partners for footwear delivery in India, ensuring your shoes reach you quickly. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for any footwear orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders received before noon on business days typically ship the same day.
Orders received after noon or on a holiday are shipped the next business day.
Fulfilment centres are closed on Sundays, national holidays, and important regional holidays.
Order pick-up depends on the logistics partner’s scheduled holidays.

Shipping/Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by location.

  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities: 2–4 business days.

  • Other locations: up to 4–7 business days.

Delivery Acceptance

Logistics partners make three delivery attempts for your online footwear orders.
If undelivered after the 3rd attempt, the package is returned to our facility.
Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 3 business days after deducting two-way shipping charges.
Please note that there is no return or refund policy for delivered footwear. Customers can choose a size exchange or product exchange only, limited to two times per order. During an exchange, the customer must hand over the existing pair of footwear to the delivery person at the time of exchange.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Rare delays may occur due to weather conditions or other acts of God. Orders will be shipped at the earliest possible time in such cases.

Order Tracking

You can easily track your shoe order online via the “Track your Order” option on our store. Regular shipping updates are sent via email and SMS.

International Shipping

Our footwear delivery service is available only within India.
